I keep coming back for city breaks. The friendly staff even gave me currency tips on my first stay. Motel One has everything I need - Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and a bar/lounge area. Plus, a comfy bed and a flat-screen TV. It's perfect for me.

I found the staff very friendly and service minded. The lobby was nice, the breakfast super for the price and the rooms were small but nicely designed.

There was free Internet, but it was a little irritating to have to punch in the username and password each time and not just the first time.

Motel one was very clean and modern as usual! Staff also very friendly and helpful.

I think the location could be better, but it is still very fast and easy to get to central station if traveling with train which I did.

the hotel offers a great price/performance ratio and the rooms are beautifully designed with original furniture. I loved the cozy atmosphere in the room, especially with the fake fireplace on the TV screen, which was perfect for the cold, snowy weather outside. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of food options and excellent coffee. the location of the hotel is also convenient, with a tram station right outside. what truly exceeded my expectations was the reception personnel. One of us got sick and we had to cut our trip short. the receptionist went above and beyond by refunding the payment for the remaining nights. This kind gesture left a lasting impression on me and I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Cons: Can't fault the property in any way. 👍.

The ease of access to Westbahnof made this a great choice for our group, Motel One offered us comfortable rooms and the "buy Internet get one breakfast free" worked deliciously!

Since the desk - bar - cafe is open 24 hours, the person on duty is pulled in many directions. At one point around 10:30 pm, there were three of us waiting to ask a question and no one at the desk.

The staff where very helpful, the breakfast buffet was excellent and the rooms cleaned to a high standard.

Selection of beers at the bar was becks and as we where in Munich I thought a local beer would be more appropiate.

I loved the friendly staff, nice rooms, and decent soundproofing. The bed and linens were comfortable, and the air conditioning and shower were great. The breakfast menu and service were excellent. The hotel's design and cozy feel were impressive, especially the fake fireplace on the TV screen. The location was convenient with a nearby tram station.

Really suprised by the great standard of this hotel, this was better than some of the 3 and 4 star hotels I've stayed in. Really loved it, very modern, nice design, good breakfast, would definitly use this chain of hotels again.

The hotel was clean and modern, with a trendy decor that we enjoyed. We appreciated the excellent location near public transportation, which made it easy to explore the city on foot. We also loved the surrounding area, with several great dining options and a variety of local shops. The included breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options.

Although the hotel was attractive, the rooms were quite small, which made it difficult to move around. there were no amenities such as a phone, fridge, or safe provided.

Beautiful facility with staff that are extremely helpful. The breakfast buffett is a good value at 7.50 Euro. Basic accomodations but very clean and comfortable. Close to a world class brewery and beer hall to start your Munich adventure!

We could not get our computer to link to the wifi. While the front desk staff was apologetic, they could only offer the solution of an internet cafe down the street.

The hotel was very good. Very well connected with the transport to go downtown. It's in a good position also to go to Oktoberfest (around 800-1000m)

Good location, good price, helpful staff and good shower

A clean room, trendy set-up, friendly staff, good breakfast and low prices speaks for itself.

The only annoying thing was the elevator. As far as I know the rooms were only accessible through the elevator. There are no stairs. So we had to wait quite some time to check out or go down and have breakfast in the morning.
